Like most website owners, 2B T3K collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. 2B T3K’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our website visitors use our site. From time to time, 2B T3K may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

If 2B T3K, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that 2B T3K goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of 2B T3K may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”)
2B T3K respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, 2B T3K will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to 2B T3K‘s Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, 2B T3K will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by 2B T3K or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please provide the following information to the designated Copyright Agent listed below:
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
- An address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you and, if different, an email address where the alleged infringing party, if not 2B T3K, can contact you;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;
- A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;

2B T3K may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event 2B T3K removes the allegedly infringing materials, 2B T3K will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that 2B T3K removed or disabled access to the materials. 2B T3K may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
